Exchange (Nationwide)

YES, you can exchange any unused products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and shipment of wrong items. Team customers would only be able to process exchanges if

  • The product is unused with the original receipt and packaging.
  • The price label is not removed
  • A purchase invoice is provided
  • The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order and sent to our help address within 7-14 working days of first receiving your order.

In case the item is no longer available, the exchange can be made with a different item at its current price.

Returns (Nationwide)

YES, you can return any unused products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and shipment of wrong items. Team customers would only be able to process exchanges if

  • The return is reported within 24 hours of receiving the order and sent to our help address within 7-14 working days of first receiving your order.
  • Proof of defect is genuine and provided
  • No terms and conditions are breached
  • The price label is intact

After emailing us a written record of the reason for return within 24 hours of receiving the order, with proof of defect. Please note that you must have the receipt for the order.

Please note that no cash refunds will be made.

  • We take customer satisfaction very seriously and in case the delivered product is damaged, incomplete or not to the satisfaction of the customer the matter is fully investigated. It is highly recommended that the matter be notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product at info@yayavoo.pk. Yayavoo reserves the right to deny any assistance in the event that the timeline has been exhausted and the matter is brought to notice after the 24-hour time-lapse. A simple email with an accurate invoice number, delivery address, and phone number will help the customer support staff to expedite the investigation of whether the product was faulty or has been mishandled by the courier service. Customers shall be notified at every step of the investigation and would be taken in full confidence. A final judgment shall be processed with all the evidence presented to the customer. Unfortunately, in case of an exchange of damaged product, we may not be able to provide the same ordered item if it is out of stock or discounted by the supplier. Though some settlements would be made without going beyond our terms and conditions.
  • Exchanges at the moment can only be processed for items that are excluding sales and promotions.
  • The items on clearance are final sales sold as is the format. Which means they are excluded from exchanges or returns.
  • The exchange will not be processed if returned product is not in resealable condition and suffers damage at the hand of the customer, or tags are not attached or provided.
  • Cash refunds are not offered at the moment.

Accurate information is critical in order to process the exchange and hence customer order or invoice number and Address should be the same as provided at the time of processing an order In case of discrepancy Yayavoo reserves the right to cancel and deny the exchange altogether in good faith.

Order handling and shipping

As soon as the customer finalized and places the order the following is carried out by us immediately

  • Order processing is initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Delivery is made within 6-7 business days. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Public holidays).
  • The Delivery is free of cost for all orders above Rs 25000.
  • In case of unforeseeable events e.g political unrest, severe weather patterns, strikes and service disconnections the delivery timings might be affected nationwide and hence may impact your order as well. We apologize in advance for such occurrences however it should be noted that this is beyond the capacity of Yayavoo to resolve. If the order has been already handed over to the courier then the courier service is responsible for the upkeep of the product as it is outside the jurisdiction of Yayavoo to attempt any safe keeping once the product is out of their range of operations. If unfortunately, the courier reports any damage, lost or stolen of the goods that were delivered as per any specific delivery instructions provided by the customer himself then in such a scenario the customer is liable for the loss.

We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including festive events and sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions may delay the delivery we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.

DELAYED ORDER/MISSING ORDER

The delivery is 6-7 business days nationwide. Please allow until this date for the product to arrive.

In case the estimated delivery date has passed and the product hasn't been received, it is advised to contact us immediately with your order information including your invoice number and Address on info@yayavoo.pk.

Once the order is shipped email shall be shared with you with a tracking number and logistics pattern handling the shipping delivery of the parcel.

All further inquiries regarding the delivery should be forwarded to them as per their website instructions using the tracking number. It is beyond the capacity of Yayavoo to help after shipping is done and the parcel is handed over to the courier. The estimated delivery date of an order is around 6-7 working days within Pakistan. Please allow until this date for your order to arrive.

Order Cancellation:

All orders can be canceled at any time before a shipping process has been initiated. After the shipping information has been processed no orders can be canceled or altered. All shipping information is fully shared with the customer on each and every step as they take place within 24 hours of placing an order.

Yayavoo reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including unavailability of the stock, the decline in the payment, technical or typing errors on the website, and inaccurate pricing. There is no return or exchange on the sold articles.
